Mamta was born on November 14, Year 1984 to Mohandas and Ganga into a Malayali family which initially hails from Kannur (Kerala). She went to the Indian School, Bahrain until 2002 and is an alumna of the School.
Mamta Mohandas is an Indian film on-screen character and playback vocalist who transcendentally works in Malayalam films alongside Tamil and Telugu creations . She has won a few allocates including two Filmfare Awards South, for Best Female Playback Singer in Telugu in 2006 and for Best Actress in Malayalam in 2010 and furthermore Kerala State Film Awards for Second Best Actress in 2010.
